Information for Visitors and Guests
Please visit your loved one during their stay at Hansen Family Hospital! To the extent your loved one and their care staff can accommodate, we encourage family and friends to visit. The safety of our patients is our priority. We kindly ask that you respect our visitor policies as they are in the best interest of our patients.
Main Hospital Lobby Hours:
Monday Through Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
HOLIDAY HOURS: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
AFTER HOURS: Use emergency entrance located at back of hospital, accessed via the south driveway off of Highway 65.
Current Visitor Guidelines
Due to the increase in respiratory illness in the county, we've updated our visitor policy effective January 5, 2026.
All visitors must be 14 years and older
All visitors must be free of respiratory symptoms:
- Fever
- Vomiting
- Cough
- Diarrhea
- Sore Throat
- Difficulty Breathing

For the convenience of our patients and their visitors, we offer:
- 24/7 access to vending machines located in the cafeteria.
- Free Wi-Fi - No password required.
- Complimentary coffee in our dining room, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
